Because our products are handmade from natural materials (stone, granite, wood, and pottery), slight variations in colour, texture, and finish are normal and not considered defects.
Payments are collected via Razorpay; approved refunds are returned through Razorpay to your original payment method where possible. Returns may be shipped back via Shiprocket as we arrange.
We prepare and securely pack orders after Razorpay payment confirmation. You may request cancellation only before the order is handed to Shiprocket for dispatch — contact us immediately with your order ID.
